Healthcare organization group membership [Institutional Member] - $200.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments This an organizational membership for up to 4 people who work for the same healthcare organization (for example, you work for a hospital, as opposed to being a service provider to hospitals). Healthcare organization individual membership [Full Member] - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments This is an individual membership for those who work for a healthcare organization (for example, you work for a hospital, as opposed to being a service provider to hospitals).

Vendor group membership [Subscribing Company] - $300.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments This is a company membership (up to four individuals) for vendors, suppliers, and others who do not work for a healthcare organization.
